Shipping

Every item is printed after you order. Ships in 3–5 business days. Large or multi-item orders may take longer, and I'll email you if yours will.

Shipping options and prices are confirmed when we send your payment link. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75.00.You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

I currently ship to the United States. I'm not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but I'll help you file a claim.

Returns and refunds

Damaged or wrong item: email a photo to victors3dforge@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. I'll reprint and reship it for free, or refund you in full.

Changed your mind: shop items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Cancellations: email me as soon as possible. If printing hasn't started, you'll get a full refund.

Small layer lines, minor color variation between filament batches, and tiny support marks are normal for 3D prints and aren't considered defects.

Custom orders

Custom prints are made for you and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or don't match the approved quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

By sending a file, you confirm you own it or have permission to have it printed. I may decline any request, including files that infringe someone's copyright or trademark, or objects that are unsafe or illegal.

Uploaded files are used only to quote and print your order, and are deleted after 90 days.

Privacy

I collect only what's needed to fill your order: your name, email, and what you're ordering. No card details are entered on this site — payment is arranged by email after your order request. Messages and quote requests are used only to reply to you.

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage, not on a server. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. I never sell or share your information, except with the services needed to fill your order (a payment processor once payment is arranged, and a shipping carrier for delivery).

Terms

By ordering from Victor's 3D Forge, you agree to these policies. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Catalog images are labeled product illustrations, and sizes are approximate.

Prints are decorative or light-duty items and aren't intended for food contact, load-bearing, safety-critical, or children's toy use unless the listing says otherwise.
