How long until my order ships?
Everything is printed to order. Ships in 3–5 business days, then transit time depends on the shipping option you choose when you pay. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99, and free on orders over $75.00. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Right now I ship to the United States. Email victors3dforge@gmail.com to ask about other countries.
Can you print my own model?
Yes. Send the file or a link on the custom order page and you'll get a quote within 1–2 days. Nothing prints until you approve the price.
What file types do you accept?
STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, STP, ZIP. Links to Printables, Thingiverse, MakerWorld, Google Drive, or Dropbox also work.
Can you print characters from games, shows, or movies?
Yes — send it over. Character models, fan designs, and pieces from your favourite games all go through the custom order page. Just confirm you have the right to have the file printed and I'll get you a quote.
What materials do you use?
Choose PLA+ or PETG. Both are available in white, blue, green, yellow, brown, grey, black, red, orange, and purple. Pick your material and color on any product or custom-order request.
How should I read the product images?
Images labeled Reference photo show examples of the design. Your order is printed in your selected solid color; multicolor finishes and pictured accessories are not included. Expect visible layer lines and some variation in color and finish.
How do I care for my print?
Keep prints away from hot cars and prolonged direct sun. Clean with a dry or damp cloth. Don't put prints in the dishwasher. PLA+ softens around 130 °F and PETG around 175 °F, so pick PETG for anything that lives somewhere warm.
What if my order arrives broken?
Email a photo to victors3dforge@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and I'll reprint it or refund you. See the returns policy for details.
